چکیده
Abstract We present a Risk Atlas of Mexico City based on Geographical Information System (RA-GIS). identified the prevalent social risk to more relevant hazards in (CDMX): earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, floods, landslides, forest fires, and land subsidence. A total 274 shape-file maps were generated this project. Seismic hazard was estimated for return periods (RP) 20, 125, 250, 475 years. Three areas central northwestern CDMX along Younger Chichinautzin Monogenetic Volcanic Field with high probability forming new volcano. Subsidence is concentrated east southeast CDMX, where subsidence rates are among highest worldwide. Flooding events RP 2, 5, 10, 50, 100 years, most them northern sectors city. During dry season (December–April), southern has very fire occurrence. There susceptibility landslides west southwest The goals RA-GIS provide tool local federal authorities all organizations responsible disaster prevention mitigation to: (1) improve knowledge potential physical impact hazards; (2) elements prevention, mitigation, preparedness, response; (3) benefit decision-makers robust data; (4) information land-use planning; (5) support further research reduce disasters caused by natural phenomena.

Thixotropy implies non-equilibrium initial conditions after remolding. At the macroscale, thixotropy manifests as the regain in mechanical properties. At the microscale, thixotropy involves phenomena such as contact creep and interparticle force redistribution, homogenization of pore pressure (in saturated and partially saturated soils), altered ionic distribution and mobility, and the effects ...
